BitTorrent Sync was a proprietary peer-to-peer synchronization tool. It has since been renamed to Resilio Sync. Instructions for installing Resilio Sync can be found on our Wiki.

A random port number between 10000 and 65535 was needed to access the BitTorrent Sync WebUI. The port number that was previously automatically generated for this article was 12485 and can be changed if needed.
