ruTorrent will not start

Hello,

A few days / weeks or something ago there was some outage and my rtorrent process was terminated. I've since restarted it, twice now, and each time, the ruTorrent UI keeps showing 0 torrents. 0 Downloading, uploading, loaded, active, anything. It's like all my torrents are gone, yet I can see them in the shell's filesystem. What gives?
